I just finished the game. In other's videos (not yours ) they used "serious damage" and kill that boss before bombers appear, but I saved the game near that boss after I used "serious damage". I was stuck on that pesky bombers. I was trying to understand, what should I do to kill that Pyramid-boss. And your video helped me very much. From your video I saw that after some of bomber's waves - will be another attack of pyramid,

To be honest, gun to my head I kinda like the Mental Institution boss. Sure, it could not be a weirder kind of boss by appearance, but it's not just to shoot it to bits while avoiding attacks, you have to get those planes down too and such.

Mental institution is the shittiest boss in the history of Serious Sam. I expected something cooler than a building for the last boss of such a game. And I never managed to beat it on serious too, it's fucking impossible, those bomber planes spam like crazy...

@iLoveEatingPie Oh, one more thing. About your previous comment. Mental Institution wasn't the shittiest boss in the history of Serious Sam. You see, I have played through all Serious Sam series' games without cheats on Serious difficulty. In TFE and TSE, when you complete it on Serious, you unlock a new difficulty - Mental difficulty. Enemies are half-invisible (they reappear after about almost 3 seconds), but the difficulty is like Normal. Although nothing interesting happens on TFE and TSE...

@iLoveEatingPie ...when you complete them on both Serious and Mental. You just get a message after completing TFE or TSE on Mental ("YOU HAVE MASTERED THE GAME"). On Serious Sam II, if you play through it without cheats on Serious (it's quite easy, you just need to glue yourself to your PC for 10 years and get through Quake III & Unreal Tournament on hardest difficulty, beat "Lakerbot" on "Nightmare" difficulty in Quake III), you get to beat... can't tell ya. Just finish it on Serious.

Speaking about bosses, I saw a lot lamer final boss (in your opinion) in some other games. That building is strong. Don't you underestimate it.

When I played Serious Sam, the last boss wasn't a giant pyramide... at the end all of the monsters in the game come back for the last battle then he goes into the church, goes into a rocket and says " God I'm coming for you now ! " XD

Croteam tried out something different this time, and I like it. I like creativity and fantasy, and this is simply almost the best fantasy game for me. And obviously the best of Serious Sam series. Dot.

As one of the biggest Serious Sam series' fan, I can only say that everyone here or there has their own opinions, and that they would obviously rate the game differently. That's why no video game can reach a 10/10 rating.

Serious Sam II really was the start of new Serious Engine, and Croteam had an ability to try out new methods. I like all Serious Sam games, but I just love SSII.

He he! I love the music versus Hugo. First time I ever faced him, I had so much difficult controlling the helicopter. It's not the easiest controls available. I see you mastered him with as little fuzz as possible.

I crave for all the running in the beginning. Seriously it gets me every time.

O well the game series is awesome and can't wait for the third one. Battle insane numbers with enemies, enormous bosses. And have a blast like old days. Overall you did good, I've learned a lot. He he!
