Try Dushkal boss in Urugath, I've done him solo with my LM (to porve the concept), only consumables used were battle/warding scrolls (no food, no potions). Spent almost 2 hours from the moment of entering Uru solo, killed first 2 easy bosses (the ones with crows around them), then cleared area from trolls next to Dushkal, then engaged Dushkal with 2 elite trolls that spawn.
