The film wasn't all that great but I remember sticking around through the end credits just to hear this song. It was a rush to hear a Suggs tune in a major motion picture. Kind of surreal hearing him in states where Madness is kind of obscure to the gen pop.

Sorry RockLobster but even on reflection it was TOO bad ... with Uma Thurman in it .. it was the kiss of death before it started of course .. shame cos I think she's a nice woman .. just a bit of a jinx in all the films she's in .. aye weel ... nae mind ... The Avengers was half finished .. half thought out and thoroughly half arsed in all aspects ... the bits with the bees and Eddie Izzard etc were fine but it twas horribly disjointed ... even this video with ol' Suggs is about as bad!! :-)
