It's a pleasure my friend. Ohta Sensei is one of the finest Martial Artists (and also as person) I have had the pleasure of knowing and training with for years when I lived in UK. He was the finest Assistant the late Enoeda had in UK(JKA/KUGB). He has been one of the finest JKA instructors since he's been the head of JKA in UK.
learned the sequence today, pretty cool... Gonna learn the kata now, watching his awesome perfomance, I really enjoy ohta sensei clean technique, and that flow feeling.
hey guys im receiving this first dan certificate tomorrow at a JKA england course, but im sorta unsure about what im supposed to do:( from what i can remember you go up bow shake hand get certificate then bow again then leave and sit down. but i just wanted to know if im right.

Very difficult kata to perform correctly, with breathing and power combined. Fir nidan or higher. Ohta Sensei is a true master of the art! Oss.

It is becoming my favorite kata. So, now my focus is on Junro Shodan, Tekki Shodan and Meikyo. Thanks for the video.
