Well done you guys! You're my Yakking Heroes from now on! I'll be getting my own yak later on summer and hopefully your inspiration will help me finding my own "ropes" in yak fishing. All the best and many thanks for sharing.
Been thinking about buying a Hobie Tandem Island for the family and also because I want to go out sea fishing here in Sydney, you guys have just helped me make up my mind.
“Thanks for the feedback, it was a big but very exciting task. You’ll be happy to know the marlin swam off nicely, I followed it with the underwater cam for some time.
Wish we had more time on the box...lots of great stuff didn’t make the cut. Maybe we’ll do a special cut for you tube one day”
Rob, Paul, That;s an amazing bit of fishing from a Hobie Tandem Island and to see such an easy and safe release of that majestic fish was a pleasure to watch.
Catches like that, bring Australian Kayak Fishing to a whole new level and you should both be proud of the professional and dignified approach for both man and beast.
Just got a Hobie for my 21st, now I have something to aim for before my thirtieth.
