@Nuthane No. I used to come downstairs at stupid O'clock on Saturday mornings as a child, and if the testcard was on rather than Ceefax with snazzy music, I went back to bed faster then anything.

Oddly, the time stamp makes it seem less scary to me... or maybe it still would disturb me if I turned the Telly on one night and found that staring back at me again!
