i agree with you those excalibur shells are really awsome but since i live in california they dont sell those here but i got a friend that goes out to nevada and brings lots of fireworks back to cali he was selling me a 24 pack of excaliburs and a 24 pack of shells of vengence for 150$ so i took it and the shells of vengance are almost as great the excaliburs !

I'm very impressed and interested in the Critical Acclaim. I can see some good uses in synching it with Excalibur shots. I love Excaliburs, but I am very impressed with those non aerial mortars.

@narnianhero love critical acclaim... i done a show with some buddys of mine and they taught me something ill pass it on.... PLEASE if youre not familiar with fireworks ESPECIALLY excals, please dont try this. CRITICAL ACCLAIM AND EXCALS ONLY...

take the fuse out of the CA, place under the excal, tape the two together with a single strip of tape. either gummed tape or duck tape. ONE layer only... put both in tube and light the fuse for the excal. the launch from excal will light the CA.

@Muchacho64 A 24 pack of Excalibur shells does inlcude two HDPE tubes. The tubes have an inner diameter of 2". They are pretty thick; about a quarter inch. The prices will vary considerably. Some stores sell a pack for $80 or more. But if you buy wholesale by the case, you can get them for $30 or less. Enjoy!

merlin is made also by world class fireworks. its an amazing double break shell. its basically the same as excalibur but is a double instead of a single. ive never seen the critical acclaim type shell. i will definitely be using in my show next year. thanks for the video man.

@youngflyer12 hey i noticed that the shells u got...on the top of the excalibur shell.. it says "Top" in black writing.. so thats why people say excalibur aint that good..because they might of gotten the smaller of excalibur shells..in the smaller version the canister is smaller and it says "Top" in pink writing.. @1ERNE1 I bought these fireworks from a wholesaler in Wisconsin. Just google for wholesale fireworks and you will get plenty of results. I would suggest buying local, if possible. Freight charges are going to run you atleast $100.

Mirrors are very nice, I have shot them, but they are more expensive than other higher quality cans. And yes that ce is a mine not a defective. There are others like it, it's not the only one.

@davis050594 Well all the fireworks in this video are leftovers from last year's show; I have not even bought one firework this year. :( Although I did spend a bunch of money on creating mortar racks and even bought an electrical firing system. I'll probably shoot a video of each, once I get everything. I just watched a couple videos today showing the Exterminators. They look very very similar to the Excaliburs. When I buy fireworks next year, I will probably look for some cheaper mines.

When I purchased my shells last year, I bought them by the case for wholesale prices. The Excaliburs were a littlbe bit cheaper and I had used them before. I didn't want to risk buying the Smoke 'n Mirrors incase they weren't all that impressive. But thanks for your testimony! When I buy wholesale again, I will be sure to buy a case of Smoke 'n Mirrors.

@deezy792003 mcfartard had some very good comments. The Excaliburs and Megabangers are both very similar. They're shells are hard to tell apart. The Excaliburs do come with two HDPE tubes that will last a lifetime if taken care of. Otherwise the fiberglass tubes will do well. (Never use PVC.) And as mcfartard stated, wholesale will get you the best deals for all of your fireworks. Sorry for replying so late and hope you had a great 4th!

Basically as long as you own the property or have permission from the land owner, then you are allowed to launch any consumer fireworks. It just so happens that my house is located somewhat close to a fairly busy road.
