Hey, I'm 26, I have CF and I live in Poland. I have 28% FEV1 in spirometric test and I have a big destruction at my liver. My doctor says that i need lung and liver transplant but not yet. Do you know anybody who had such lung - and liver - transplant?
I am 25 and have CF and I get mistaken for a high school student frequently. It's a tough disease to live through and I am so happy that she got her lungs and her life back! She still has CF but just not in her lungs anymore!

I knew a girl who had cf, she died waiting for a double lung transplant. she was quite young, around 18 i think. so sad.

my friend just died on jan 23rd 2010 after receiving a double lung tranplant. Stephen u will trully be missed i love u

this is touching for me, my 15 year old brother just died on -18-09 after rejecting both donor lungs. he will be missed.

Bacause they can´t take up nutricious from the food they eat. They stop in the growth !

becuz the body uses most or all of its energy and calories 2 breathe so no calories go in2 weight gain and all go in2 breathing
