  • tkd es mucho mas fuerte y explosivo, soo bhak es muy limitado en tecnica, no me sorprende por que solo se ponen con ellos mismos y no se miden contras otras disciplinas, aun el karate es mucho mas fuerte y mas real en sus tecnicas

  • Perhaps tkd is more "explosive," but it is actually far more limited than Soo Bahk Do, which makes far greater use of punches, blocks, sweeps, and other techniques that are rarely found or illegal in a tkd match. It also includes weapons training for advanced black belts.

    It is a self defense system rather than a sport, so sparring is "practice" for real fighting. Soo Bahk Do sparring is non-contact, emphasizing control, so it has different rules that make for a very strategic match.

  • i train in tae kwon do moo duk kwan ( old style )same style of fighting..no ho-goo...same style of do-bok..i hope someday the moo duk kwan can reunite tkd,tsd,and sbd back together..
