Quitting smoking with Allen Carr's awesome method really helped me climb out of depression - it made me feel strong and capable, and made a big difference in my self-image... If you have decided to quit, do not wait any longer just read his book! Highly recommended!
I read Allen Carrs book 3 and a half years ago.and it was I would say the easiest thing I had ever done...its hard to explain to people about no withdrawels at all but so true......it was my last chance to stop.....and people still cant believe that I am a none smoker....thank you and sadly R.I.P Mr. Carr...you gave me an easy way to en-joy life again..
Here's another happy non-smoker after reading Allen Carr's Book. I do believe, after seeing the comments here, that there were and still are so many lives saved all arround the world, people had the power to confront their worse addiction with this man's help.
this is the best way to stop. truly. but unfortunately i am still having a hard time escaping the blasted addiction. i am reading the book for the second time. there are no clinics in my country.
I smoked 50g a day of rolling tobacco by the end of my 20 years of smoking. I read this mans book and stopped immediately, with no withdrawl symptoms at all. His understanding of the psychology of smokers is unbelievable.
Only man that knew the best way to quit smoking. I tried nicotine patches and yes it decreased my urge to smoke cigarettes but it increased my urge to use nicotine and I found mysel using two patches lol then I read his book and have been quit for 3 months so far
I'm coming up on my 3 year anniversary of ridding this nasty addiction, I know you have passed on Mr. Carr, but whay you have done for us is beyond words, and my appreciation meets no bounds.
I am 32 years old, & I smoked 15 years! Thats more than half my life at the time I quit!!! I smoked 2 packs a day easily, usually had to buy a 3rd pack in the evening. This mans program absolutel save my life! It does work, give it a chance, its a $20 book, and you have absolutely NOTHING to lose!
I'm just starting to quit smoking, this video really does help. I ever get that utterly compelling craving coming along and I just watch this...and it dissipates...
Everyone should get rich who find the way to help people like this, but money is nothing. If he could know right now how his "easy way" helps me to survive he would be the happiest guy in the world!
I dont care if Allan Carr ended up being a rich man because of his knowledge. He is pure genius!! Anyone interested in quitting smoking should read his book or visit clinic. RIP Allan Carr.
I quit smoking over a year ago for the price of 2 bucks, as I found his great book out side a op shop. It was so easy to quit and I never get tempted to start again even when I am in situations like drinking heaps or surrounded by smokers.Thank you Allen Carr!!
i don't find this video very helpfull, but the book is amazing. It helped me quit two years at the age of 21 (i've been smoking for 5 years before that).
key to change habits is to change beliefs. any time you "think" you want a drag tell yourself "i'd rather inhale fart then to inhale smoke". you need to hate smoke to quit the habit properly. good luck and rip A Carr.
when you feel you need just 1 cigarette or can just have 1 and you'll be fine you are being dishonest with yourself. My personal approach was to think rationally and logically and remember all the reasons why i quit in the first place and the fear of getting hooked again kept me away from that "1 cigarette" - nothing wrong with thinking about it here and there but stay true to your quit and even those thoughts will subside. Good luck to everyone out there quitting
im not familiar with allen carrs easy way to quit program other than this video BUT i did take alot of the methods and rationale into consideration when I kicked the habbit. I was a smoker for 5 years and I am now on my 28th day cigarette free. The hardest part in my opinion come in two parts. The first being heck week which is when u go through the cravings and withdrawal process. Part 2 is the "i can have just 1 ciggarette"
I read the "Little Book of Quitting" and quit 10 years ago. I may have died by now if I hadn't. If I'd lived those 10 years as a smoker my quality of life would have been worse.
I watched this video about 4 days ago and since then, I've been smoke free. Granted, it's only a few days but I'm feeling pretty optimistic. Thanks Allen Carr!
RIP allen carr thanks to u i have finally stopped smoking not with a feeling of doom or gloom but a feeling of happiness that i am free and am more happier than ever because i have finally understood everything about the evil cigrette.
EasyWay is a garnteed way to quit. oh and u wont suffer any cravings in the future.
See, the first mistake you did was thinking you "gave something up". That's the only reason you started smoking again, you failed from the start thinking quitting cigarettes would be a SACRIFICE. So the brainwash was still in your brain and gave in.The truth is, you do NOT like to smoke, you're only smoking because you're addicted to nicotine. You don't have to "give up" because there is nothing to give up. When your will to smoke is gone, you will quit instantly. Thanks Allen Carr.
Umm, he told people to stop smoking cold turkey and within 3 days you'd be over nicotine addiction. Wow, what a concept, I just wish smoking cessation directors had been saying the same thing since the late 1960's. Yes, thats sarcasm.
i read his book fervently in 6hrs, and i have had no urdge to smoke since it is fantastic i hav tried to quit before and been unsuccessful this man is a saint, god rest his soul.
BLESS YOU ALLEN CARR WHEREVER YOU ARE!!! If you are still a smoker, dont worry!!!! I quit smoking for $12 with Allen's book and it was sort of fun!!! It is not as hard as you think!!!
Thank you I have not smoked in two years I know you have passed away but your legacy lives on what a legacy to save people from a awful drug god bless you and thanks again
I read the book last year, made the mistake by thinking i was still giving up (means sacrafice). Instead, you need to think, becoming free from a daily nightmare I've had for 14 years. This video cleared up the mistake I made. I wake up each morning not wanting a smoke, it's great. Only for Allen Carr, I would be doomed for life.
I gave up for a month using Allens book two mnths ago. I stupidly smoked a cig with a friend and am now on 40 again. I am just about ready to give up again. He is right. Never ever ever have just one more. It'll end in disaster. I felt so proud and great when I gave up. I just have to try and remember that feeling again. Wish me luck!!!
I fear there are some things that you still don't understand, for you use the term 'give up', as if you would sacrifice something by stopping smoking. But the wonderful thing is that you don't sacrifice anything! You only gain by stopping! Please read the book again or visit an Allen Carr Clinic. I wish you luck!
I quit smoking a 10 days or so ago (withouth any methods), and now I got the stress of having a sigaret. Following that I searched some things up and came here. Now after watching this I feel bad for not having quit smoking the easy way.. so that I dont get any good feelings attached to smoking. Makes me wanna start, read the book & try to quit. But the reason I want to do that I know is because I just want to have a smoke, lol! Basicly just an excuse.
I read Carr's EasyWay to help me quit smoking and I, like so many others who have read his book, am now a non-smoker/ex-smoker. I don't believe there is any other method to stopping smoking that is as easy, smart and honest as Allen Carr's EasyWay method. He has sifted through all the bs myths and has outlined exactly what people need to know and do to stop smoking.
I finished reading allens book over a year ago, and have been a happy non-smoker ever since.I'm only 24 years of age, and when I smoked a could run the lenght of my self, had no NRG and had very bad teeth. Now I run 2 miles a every other day, swim and beleive it or not my sex life is the best it has every been...somking crippels your life big time!!
key to understanding what he's saying is forgetting about beating yourself up with why you shouldn't smoke. That doesn't work. The key is to change the list of things in your head you think having that smoke will do for you. If you can understand that list is a con then suddenly you aren't giving up anything of benefit. You're regaining calm, confidence, concentration and circulation (guys you'll know what I'm talking about within 40 days, its amazing)
Allen Carr's easy way. Allen Carr, helping you stop instantly, painlessly and with guaranteed money back results. Allen Carr, available from all good bookstore's. Allen Carr, try it today. If your trying to stop let Allen Carr show you how to do it. Remember, Allen Carr has the Easyway to stop smoking. Allen Carr, from all good retailers.
I agree, if I could take in what that guy is saying I think it could help me stop but its almost like everything he said just bounced off some invisible force-field.
Perhaps I'll come back and watch this again when some life changing event occurs, (give me some clarity or something).
My gran is 84 and has smoked all her life. Smoking kills 1 in 2, she is a lucky old bird. I don't fancy those odds and have been listening to A Carr for a week or so and really don't see the point in the waste of my money and my life.
. it fills the whole body. it makes you happy. relaxed. you simply have to replace it with another drug :P ( no gay shit like weed and stuf) but good drugs. in a way this may be what he ment also.. if you see that everything turns negative when you smoke.. find only positive ways to stop smoking ;) good luck
i gotta agree with him. he makes a pretty good point.. but still there is 1 more reason to stop smoking ( well for me anyways) I recently got a girlfriend and we talked about stopping to smoke. and i agreed. and its been over 5 months. u wanna know how i quit =? .. its simple really. love.. for some ppl this might sound gay. but to me its a positive thing. love is more addictive than anything else. and you will be able to replace the smokes with it.. Love is like a drug if you like.
