Lock Info, that displays your calendar, missed calls and received txts on ur lock screen, you can modify it to show just about anything (even how much ram is currently free on your phone). but you can legally jailbreak your iphone, I was never a fan of iPhone literally I compared all the reviews of HTC, motorola smartphones/touch phones and at the end of the day got the iPhone 3Gs about 2 weeks before the iphone 4 was released in australia. and if i can say anything about iPhone, they are just so much more refined then any other smart phone I've used. they apply to the same principle apple aims for. which is, we design the phone os to utilise EVERY component within the phone

@sac163 My understanding is that you cannot(without violating Apples terms of service) jailbreak your Iphone. You can jailbreak the droid(a.k.a root it) without violating terms of service. It may not be illegal per say to jailbreak the Iphone but I do believe Apple does not tolerate it

You buy them because they work and they work efficiently relative to you. so if you ask me, people who buy phones who are pretty, want their phones pretty. If they want to buy workhorse phones, they buy those too. Bottomline, apple, android, blackberry or other handsets are all good. Power of choice dumbass.
I prefer Android. Why? It's less controlling, more phones to choose from, fastest phone is going to be a Droid very shortly, it plays well with others, and I can change whatever I want on my phone without calling it "jail breaking". Sure the iPhone looks sleek, and also runs well, and has a great app store, but it's just not for me. Due for an upgrade, getting the DROID Bionic.

Its funny how fanboys bash other fanboys. You buy phones that fit your style and workflow. You buy them because they work and they work efficiently relative to you. so if you ask me, people who buy phones who are pretty, want their phones pretty. If they want to buy workhorse phones, they buy those too. Bottomline, apple, android, blackberry or other handsets are all good. Power of choice dumbass.

And fanboyism comes into play. My *opinion*:
I prefer Android. Why? It's less controlling, more phones to choose from, fastest phone is going to be a Droid very shortly, it plays well with others, and I can change whatever I want on my phone without calling it "jail breaking". Sure the iPhone looks sleek, and also runs well, and has a great app store, but it's just not for me. Due for an upgrade, getting the DROID Bionic.

since i bought the i phone, i have barely used my laptop. I don't use phone books. I don't use or have the need for a gps in my car. with all the apps it has made so much crap easier and just think back before I used to just play snake on my nokia. now I have pornhub

Eh, people I know who own an iPhone, I have to show them how to use it - introduce them to apps that can be useful instead of flashy. iPhone has some incredible apps, but the ones that are popular are not these excellent apps. Majority of the iPhone people don't know what the hell they're doing most of the time. So this commercial, sadly, fits.

Apple products have their uses.. they're much simpler and are more purpose-driven while sacrificing flexibility and power. Personally, I use an itouch, but only because I wasn't after a phone and I don't know of any android dedicated portable media players out there :(.
This whole debate is basically PC vs MAC all over again.. one is for girls, and one is for men :P

@Rocky4306 The iPhone 3GS definitely has multi tasking, and secondly believe it or not(look it up) AT&T has faster 3G than Verizon. Keep in mind, no one was doing touchscreen only phones until the iPhone. Just a heads up there.

the funny thing is the original droid was way slower then the iphone 3gs (model available at the time of this commercial) so the droid is just ugly. Trading looks for ugliness. School bus in heavy traffic fast.

'clueless', 'princess', etc. women are used to illustrate the alleged vacuous nature of phones which value aesthetics.
