ok ppl u cant compare mw2 a corridor shooter where there isnt 10 ways to go to a game that has 10 ways 2 go this game is different compared 2 mw2 u dont get a recharging health and isnt a movie and it doesnt have scipts to it so it will play differently each time and its not going to be like bf2 b/c its realistic in a way and it has a different engine than bf2 personally i am looking forward 2 ofp2 and mw2 but this more so b/c i like realistic shooters more than corridor shooters

I thought the developers actually went to Marines for reference on how they act, perform, react in real life.

In the Marine Corps, medics are called Corpsmen. Normally when a Marine is down they'd shout "doc" or "Corpsman up"

i think it varies that's all, they probably just use the word medic cause of its widely known name?

When I was in the Marines we called them whatever we wanted, "Medic" is shorter than saying "Corpsman up" or "doc". Up to now, these guys have done a really good job.

There is a 4 player full campaign yes, there is online but I dont know what gamemodes there are. There will probably be team deathmatch, capture the flag ect.

this game IS going to be better than Modern Warfare 2. I was looking forward to MW2 myself, and I still am but less so. I follow FourZeroTwo's twitter and he announced dual-wielding sidearms such as the Desert Eagle. Which, KILLED the game for me.

OPF2 is going to blow MW2 out of the water, and whoever gave you a thumbs down is either a call of duty fanboy, or some five year old that thinks soldiers/special op operatives dual wield in real life.

Watch videos people shot at shows and you'll see... 1 shot does not kill in this game. in fact headshots don't always kill and you can heal yourself.

OFP2 is a sequel in name only. Bohemia made the original, codemasters published it and ran with the name.

Arma II is the official sequel and 1 shots do kill and unlike ofp2. there are no magic medic bags that heal you.

ofp2 is arcardy. not simulator.

Shots to the leg hurt you but don't effect your ability to walk/run

ok 1 through some of this demo he had god mode on and all u hear is a small thud

2 arma 2 is the sequal its got horrible ai and the medipack doesnt heal u it stops the bleeding but in arma 2 u can heal urself completely using a medic and in hardcore mode on this game 1 shot does kill u the only reason they were using god mode on some of this video is so they dont have 2 do it again so i dont know wat ur complaining about hardcore mode is arcardy and id like 2 see u run with a wounded leg

I played this during a press conference, one shot can kill. You can't "say" what's in it until it's out because you don't know.
