I lived under an international airport, but I didn't have PTSD. It was loud. It was constant (every 2 minutes), except during sleeping hours. Who the hell put that piece of genius aftercare in place for our veterans? (That genius must have his/her head somewhere that would help stop exploding bowel syndrome.)
With all its quirks; the mandatory free labor, the fees, the rent, the surly RAs, the neglectful Americorps staff, the curfews and constant supervision, the place is still probably the best veterans shelter in town.
The path that all large commercial aircraft take to land at the Los Angeles (LAX) Airport. They come in about 200 feet over the building. We can read the cargo bay instructions on the belly of the airplanes.
Too close for me!! The bldgs kinda look like they were supposed to be a hotel--or "the projects' at one pt in time...I like your SHELTER vlogs & vids!!
Right on.
The government needs to take care of American veterans and do it right.
That is why American's who truly care about our nations servicement vote for Ron Paul.

Those cars in the parking lot look pretty good, especially that black 50's Volvo down there! You sold the same Buick Electra twice? You shark, you...

I would've sold it one more time if I could've pushed it out of the field it died in across town.

It was a dorm for an aircraft engineering school built by Cantwell Industries, I think, before LAX. Still owned by Cantwell.
