I don't understand why you didn't use brackets for your finite numbers in the interval notation for x=10, x=-3 :/

@person71591 Because since the values aren't being included,(plugging -10 or 3 wouldn't give you a value (you can't divide by 0, and you can't find the even root of a negative number)) you use parentheses. If the values were included, that's the only situation where you would use brackets.

for part a), you could also write the domain as "x is a set of R, x =/= -3, x =/= 10"
