The off beats at the beginning were meant by Brahms to sound more together. There is a push and pull that needs to bring these parts together, and this software can't do that. Not the best piece to use for this I'm afraid, there are too many variables that humans use that can't be at play here.
Hmm... I personally feel it is a bit too fast, compared to other versions I've heard this one sounds almost a bit jaunty, not like the slow, soothing melody it originally is. It's nothing bad though, it's not like it becomes "The Entertainer"; not by far. Still, a bit slower would have done a lot.
