@sohamhar ...hello my 11 year old son was diagnosed with SAA in November 2010. His platelets were 7 and hemoglobin was 6. With the support from his local doctor, we entered him into the National Institutes of Health clincal trial. Its free and they supply all meds. When I did my research I found clinical trials all over the world. The drug is cyclosporine and within 3 months my son has started improving. His platelets are 38 and increasing. I will pray for Owais.

Insurance companies need to be in the alert that more people may be admitted for treatment because of benzene exposures at gas drilling sites...there is a huge growth in URBAN drilling. If the insurance companies start making a fuss, maybe then lobbists will act a little more democraticly and be more "human" and work to outlaw irresponsible gas drilling near huge populations.

@kimfeilgood Yeah, I think my bone marrow was damaged from exposure to Toulene and Xylene when I was painting my car. Have had low red and white blood cells for a long time.

My mother has this disease and it's horrible. She is going to get treatment very soon, maybe next week and I hope and pray that it works as it's supposed to as explained in this video. Very good vid.

I had this disease 4 years ago. (october 2006) First i didn't know i was sick, i just was so tired & every time i could feel my heart beating. When i go to the doctor theysend me straight to the hospital and that was how al the misery began... I'm so glad i'm better now. I have seen so many things, i saw children dying of Cancer, cause i lay on the same department(i don't know how to say that)

It isn't that popular, most people don't know what it is...

i had this a a little kid around 12 months i dont know how i got it my mom's freind told here i was pail and told my mom to take me to the hospital. from their i was imeditly rushed to the emergemcy. i was told that i only have 3 days of life if i did't get blood since of my religion i didn't once the 3 day came my dad "stole me from the hospital" and to another and from thier on i lived with out blood. and i had no side effects etrier. my mom always says "god saved your life"
