@cloud11223344 Using a hair dryer is a bad idea. It'll cause the glue in the screen to melt along with other glue on the circuit in the phone. I know this for a fact because you use a hair dryer during a phone screen replacement to separate the glass from the phone.
What would you do if it got washed in the washing machine...the back and battery came out..it got washed in the dryer...and now no matter how hard you try it doesn't come on?...Even though you put it back together.
just use a hair dryer and it works

Could you not use silica gel as well? I'd of thought it would be a lot more effective?
