We all know how YouTube often reduces the quality of encoding can be but in this "film" by an "artist" I find myself wondering if the poor quality is intentional or if the poster just didn't encode it very well to begin with. If it is the former, then I think an explanation (or rather, a disclaimer) is in order. If it is the latter, then the artist ought to find a way to more effectively represent the work. Art can and should be shared on YouTube but its inherent distortion can be problematic.
I didn't see anything indicating a documentary.
