I'm not criticizing your work at all, but it would have been smarter, I think, to have ran the FULL power wire into the amp and then ran a little 3 inch, smaller (perhaps 16 AWG) wire from the 12v spot over to the AEM (Remote) port. This would ensure that your amp gets enough power.
one side goes to the negative side of your battery charger or battery and the other goes into the neg part of ur amp which should be next to the positive, it'll probably read GND instead of neg

my battery charger aint that good tho it drains power to quick!its only 8 amps that probly y but then i brought a power cap now its ok....does your amp loose power (the amp LED's dim)??

yea same with mine Legacy Rebel amp 2400w max 1200 rms 2 channel. i got it for $120 brand new so im happy with it. i also got the subs for $95 a piece factory renewed and the box for $50 brand new and the headunit for $110 brand new. i have a headunit vid up thats the headunit i was talking bout.
lol i basically got all this stuff before my car. but i should be getting a car real son cuz i have my license and everything my dad is just waiting to find a good deal.

is that a legacy amp? if it is do you recommend it? because i might be getting a 600 watt 2 channel amp by legacy called "rebel"

yeah when it doesnt get enough power the leds dim. but if it doesnt cut out then its all good.

nothing, unless its blown. then u have to replace it.
