Glam was dead and buried by that time. I am not sure if you can properly revive a scene that had only been dead 4 years anyway. I am aware of Glam, and it's best contribution was the music, not the outfits. For as much as I love bands like the NY Dolls, Lords of the New Church, etc. I refuse to withhold criticism. Punk itself was a criticism of society, and Glam was one of its targets. Besides, by that time the only people dressing like that were Hair-Metal d!ckheads.
