I love the concept. I am interest in the logistical side of the service station. Given a single battery charges in 2 hours, and that the station will see heavy traffic of 100 cars a day, if thats considered heavy, how will the battery supply keep up with being charged?
1. Batteries can be parallel charged. This helps but how many batteries will you charge due to storage space being finite.
2. Charge 15 to 25 percent and keep a FILO system running.

Its a good challenge for the designers.
