Is ur sleek palette matte becaus the one that I have which is really old and I think was the first to come out is hardly used. I hate non-matte products eyeshadows, lipstick etc

By no means am I a makeup artist but once I was watching tv and they said when putting primer/foundation or whatever around the eyes with your fingers, you should use your ring finger and pat the product.(because your ring finger is the lightest to the touch or something?) try it, I always do that now
