PC is all about making their UI close to Mac, but just far enough so that people stay PC. Microsoft is all about making their crap easy to code so all the apps are built for it. PC is all about people wanting to play games with more pixels and FPS despite that the experience isn't much better than minimum prefs. PC is all about stuff that shouldn't matter in the computer world.

Mac is about making a computer that will work for you the same hour you got it.

@Micfri123 Yes....so true!!!! People think if you like Windows you have to hate Macs (even though you've never tried a Mac) and vise versa. Windows 7 and OS X Snow Leapord are both extremly well made and the complainers on both sides should just try and make their own OS....which they would have to pay people to use it....

Macs are best for video, photo, music, and other file editing and Windows is better for games. I have both OSs dual booted on my 13" MacBook Pro loaded with 8gigs of RAM....

Really the only thing you should have a problem with on a Mac that you would need Windows for is games. I dual booted my MacBook Pro with Windows 7 (and OS X Snow Leapord) and Windows 7 is a great OS...I love it....but I still like OS X too. I use Win for games and Mac OS X for everything else...so yeah...I guess I am a fanboy but I could pretty much be called a fanboy of all the....

@iJonny015 That's my point with the entire community. Windows is pretty much only used for games. It can be used for vids to, but that's by people who aren't serious about the business. People who are serious about Media business will get a Mac. And if they want games, dual boot.

Macs aren't virus free, nor is their "security" anything amazing. In fact, Apple has recommended using antivirus on OS X. Because OS X sucks and has no market share, nobody makes viruses to target it.

Also, widgets are stolen from a program known as Konfabulator, Apple is just as guilty to stealing as Microsoft is.

I have used OS X, and I decided that it's nothing special, and that I didn't like it any more than Vista or Windows 7. I will use Vista and Windows 7 now though, as I do like them better.

What doesn't make sense? That I'm not close minded, and actually tried OS X before coming to the conclusion that it was nothing special? Maybe that explains why Mac fanboys hate Vista. They assume the worst rather than actually trying it.

And btw: I use Vista al the time, but have got a iMac here in my home, I work at the machine in de weekends. But not on working days.

I like it much more than Windows (95/98/XP/Vista/Se7en).

But you work on with your PC! If you're happy with it, keep using it. No problem for me.
