After seeing this show, I have decided to screw with some of them too, the next time I get an email. One of my stupid friends almost fell for this scan of some Nigerians trying to rent her an apartment that they don't even own. Totally good deal. She sould have sent them a deposit and 1st month's rent without even meeting them or visiting the place!

A Nigerian scam artist tried to get a buddy of mine to rent an apartment through Craigslist. Another feigned interest in an item I was selling on Craigslist and requested that I ship the item to West Africa and give my Paypal info.

On a side note, I like how desperate the guy was at the end. He just straight up asked for the camera guys' IDs. No cunning. Just "let me see it!"
