I've got something like that on my car's dash. it's a monkey, not the creepy guy and it ALWAYS rocks it's head. Day and night. Sometimes it needs a little bump to start but I've never seen it stopping. The monkey looks funny, but this guy is one of those Japanese things that don't mean anything to us. It's part of their bizarre kawaii culture.

Nope, creepy. DEFINITELY creepy. The worst part for me is that the head rocking is irregular, not like the water-drinking birds or other perpetual motion kinda things. It seems more like a living thing. UGH! Scary.
