@kageryu311 Thats because the Supra is all out race while the vette is streetable but there's plenty of 7second vettes and foxbodys that where built by private partys that would beat the boost logic. I wish I could say the same about the Supra but at 200k to build a 7 second supra you won't find many so fail on you.
@vfIskullangel A 7 second C5 or C6 vette will cost you over $150,000. Building a car to make those 1/4 mile times costs a lot. The point I'm making is that just because a corvette has a turbo doesn't make it the end all be all car. If its a 10 second twin turbo corvette it will get beat by a 9 second supra which will still be a street car and still affordable for a speed enthusiast. I can buy a used 9 second Supra right now on Supraforums for $35,000. Its not that hard man.
@kageryu311 Any 7second car is going to cost you around 150k to build or more especially if its like the boost logic supra. Just because its a Supra doesn't mean it can have veyron performance at dirtcheap price sorry these aren't honda civics. Most Supras that are running well over a 1000hp will run you as much as a Testarossa these days to build. You'll spend about 30k on the car and then about another 40k on parts and 10k on labor and another 10k on tuning, thats 90k for a supra.

@vfIskullangel There are numerous used Supras on Supraforums that are selling for $25,000 used with a good amount of mods. I just saw an offer for a 580whp Supra that did 10.5 @ 130 in the 1/4 on there for $24K. You just need to look around at the offers man. I will admit they are expensive to mod from stock and expensive to buy bone stock with low miles in good condition but used modded ones aren't that expensive.
@kageryu311 I've been a member on SF for 5 years I would not doubt it but considering a lot of those cars have been abused and will need a ton of work I can see the rock bottom deal here cause where you don't pay is where your gonna have to invest more money. The only route I will consider is buying an N/A Supra, then putting in a built motor, I'm sure it will be cheaper than buying a turbo thats been abused.
I know a guy who selling his N/A for 16k right now. Its got well over a 100k on it.

Thats the motor it self big guy. It takes more work than just swapping the turbo. Just a few things, the stock exhaust won't flow enough to get the boost out, the motor won't stay cool on the stock cooling, nor will the fuel system safely keep up with that power. Yes the stock motor itself will, just like a bunch of other cars. Shit the S2000's F22 motor can stand up to power like that lol.

@vfIskullangel A 7 second C5 or C6 vette will cost you over $150,000. Building a car to make those 1/4 mile times costs a lot. The point I'm making is that just because a corvette has a turbo doesn't make it the end all be all car. If its a 10 second twin turbo corvette it will get beat by a 9 second supra which will still be a street car and still affordable for a speed enthusiast. I can buy a used 9 second Supra right now on Supraforums for $35,000. Its not that hard man.

@kageryu311 Any 7second car is going to cost you around 150k to build or more especially if its like the boost logic supra. Just because its a Supra doesn't mean it can have veyron performance at dirtcheap price sorry these aren't honda civics. Most Supras that are running well over a 1000hp will run you as much as a Testarossa these days to build. You'll spend about 30k on the car and then about another 40k on parts and 10k on labor and another 10k on tuning, thats 90k for a supra.

@vfIskullangel There are numerous used Supras on Supraforums that are selling for $25,000 used with a good amount of mods. I just saw an offer for a 580whp Supra that did 10.5 @ 130 in the 1/4 on there for $24K. You just need to look around at the offers man. I will admit they are expensive to mod from stock and expensive to buy bone stock with low miles in good condition but used modded ones aren't that expensive.

@kageryu311 I've been a member on SF for 5 years I would not doubt it but considering a lot of those cars have been abused and will need a ton of work I can see the rock bottom deal here cause where you don't pay is where your gonna have to invest more money. The only route I will consider is buying an N/A Supra, then putting in a built motor, I'm sure it will be cheaper than buying a turbo thats been abused.
I know a guy who selling his N/A for 16k right now. Its got well over a 100k on it.

Thats the motor it self big guy. It takes more work than just swapping the turbo. Just a few things, the stock exhaust won't flow enough to get the boost out, the motor won't stay cool on the stock cooling, nor will the fuel system safely keep up with that power. Yes the stock motor itself will, just like a bunch of other cars. Shit the S2000's F22 motor can stand up to power like that lol.
