Yes it is. I grew up here. From 72 to 91 when I finally left Germany. I hadn't been home in 15 years when I did this. My brother never left and my sister recently moved back. Things had changed ALOT since 96. (Was stationed somewhere else in Germany in between 91 and 96). I made this video for all the army kids I went to school with who never got the chance to go back!
