Wonderfully filmed, A very good video to help others see places. and the music was also matched according to the scenery.but pls tell which music or whose music is it? thanks once again.
Another swell journey. I got lost amid the editing and the matching music, with the swell "filming," and will not have to take this journey, as you have made it unnecessary. Thanks once more. Tome
I took a sleeper train from Paris to Florence. It was all very exciting, though I missed out on seeing the alps clearly since it was pitch black. I could see lights in the foothills though, so I just lay there staring out the window. Was an awesome experience, though it would have been great to see the alps properly.
Thanks for the comment ... Happy Christmas !!If my memory is correct , this journey from Paris to Lausanne was on the TGV Train ....
Feel free to look at my channel ,and the film of the return trip from Italy to London , part of which was on the Cisalpino tilting train through Switzerland ...
I plan to do some train rides next year when I go to Europe, any advice on the good routes? I was thinking Paris to Nice, Paris to Munich and Paris to London, anyone suggest any ideas for me?
I am not really familiar with the different rail routes in Europe ... this film was part of a holiday organised by Great Rail Journeys .
If you go Paris to London , once you enter the Channel Tunnel there is not much to see ( obviously !! ) but I suppose you can always claim to have travelled under the English Channel )
Any rail journey through the Alps will probably present quite a few nice views ... ( see my other film on You Tube ... Milan to London )
@hjdnad I think by the end of this year DB will be running a few services from London, stopping at Brussels where the train splits in two: one half going to Rotterdam and Amsterdam and the other going to Cologne and Frankfurt.
Great video. Beautiful countryside. I think TGV now do a direct train from Paris to Milan. You can go ANYWHERE from Paris!
if you do paris-london...take the ferry from le havre to portsmouth and take the train to london from there.you `ll arrive at waterloo station .much nicer than that shity tunnel.cheers
Lovely video but Turin was missed out did you come into Milan from the East via the mountains
