I'll say this, even if these locomotives are made in China, they look as if they are of extremely good quality. Contrary to most people's opinions, not all products from China are crap. I've bought several products made in China that are of very good quality. :)

Dude, I caught 10 M.R.S. Logistica AC44i locomotives on flatcars on NS 388 at Collier Yard in Petersburg, Virginia! It was so awesome! I would send you a video response, but I use Dailymotion now, so I can't do that. Sorry!

Regarding the paint scheme of M.R.S. Logistica, it kinda resembles Montana Rail Link and CSXT, but this paint scheme is MUCH flashier than either of the two railroads will ever be!

The company never tell nothing about the real meaning of MRS...

Some possible meanings is Malha Regional Sudeste(the southeast regional rails, or something like that), or an acronym of states in Brazil served by the company ,Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.Some of this engines are already in service, mostly pulling iron ore for export.

Buffer cars. They do this to special moves and ethanol trains to allow space between oncoming trains, just incase something were run into the train at an excess of speed, for example, the locomotive hooking up to the train accidently coupled above the 4 MPH limit.

Sweet!! Fresh out of Erie. I guess you & Zach Had your best catch of the day, And plus they all have mechanical bells. I think Railfans would say. "They are using M-Bells and we are stuck with ugly Electronic Bells, Why can't they put anymore M-Bells on GEs? Not E-Bells." That is what they would say. I think in the next several years, More International Railways would invest in more GEs.
