  • Mr Collins is not enthusiatic about his job,has a poor record keeping or recording system

    Has no feelings for others, poor relation with staff infact rude to staff,Making unacceptable

    contacts with customers,no self introduction to second customer.can not withstand pressure of

    work.

    The only good point is self introduction to first customer but with no acceptance of his mistakes.

    He needs more training,he is not qualified.

  • That sad part is....most in customer service are underpaid, majority of the modern day customers are not so classy anymore and not very appreciative, there's hardly any incentive for people in customer services to be nice.
