Sorry too late to reply you, This TVA-1 the problems just the anode resistors not enough power loading !
beware all resistors watt rating and don't exceed 45degress C.

Thanks . during this almost half centry I DIY swap between tube and transistor amplifiers but I like both it's sounds different

Diy a simple tube amp. is not so difficult for every one ! Try and learn some electronic basic skill you might be a expert some day !
