ummm... when you're in the area of a docking station, you aren't allowed to go at a fast speed, cause thats kinda dangerous, especially because you around hundreds of ingoing and outgoing boats.
its not supposed to be super fast just incredibly efficient and consistent, being able to cut through waves and go through storms that what makes it fast, but it is fast at open throttle
