I think it's fairly easy to mimic the big boys with enough practice. It's really just practice and muscle memory. It has nothing to do with magic or race. Most of the latino guys I see on youtube are just covering Vai, Gilbert and Malmsteen tunes anyway, and NONE of those guys are latino. So what does that say? We're all human and none of this has anything to do with race or culture. PEACE AND HAIRGREASE
