  • Nice promo. Technotic Media?

  • am bored

  • how did you animate that?

  • How long you have rendered?

  • What is the music from?

  • Apple's soundtrack pro IIRC

  • How do you save the animation in yafaray as a video as opposed to PNG files (images)

  • render the png in a single folder, then go to blender, make an all new window, open video sequence editor, go to the folder where you saved the images (Add-images) and select all, then put this brick to frame 1, go to the render tab, press do sequence and there ya go!

  • does yafray cost money or is it for free?

  • YafRay is free. :)

  • its free but difficult to handle and set up.

    The result is amazing though

  • yeah i already tried it out. i dont know what i have to do. xD i t hink ill search 4 a turorial

  • Dunno man, I created this back in november, 2007. Trying to remember things from last week are hard enough.

  • WOW i cant even do bones in blender which has really anoyed me do you know anything?

  • Who did the music?

  • its OK I can do it now :D

  • How the hell...? I can't even make an animation of a block falling to the ground, let alone do THIS! lol i suck

  • Don't give up. :D

  • I just can't get enough of these array videos

  • its like the coolest thing ever 5/5

  • damn, that was cool

  • Very nice!

  • That would have taken a long time to render!

  • lmao ya

  • i don't think it would take that long to render. maybe 10-30 minutes if you have a decent computer. one of my videos took 30 HOURS to render lol. that was a pain... but regardless of render time, the twisting array makes a very cool effect. nice camera work too

  • Yeah it wasn't too bad to render on my 8-core mac pro :D

  • i want one of those computers but i cant quite make 5000 quid :P

  • oh man, i'm jealous! i've got a dual-core HP. i'm looking to get a quad-core HP w/ 8gb ram. i would love a mac pro, but getting 8gb ram on a mac pro would cost me over twice as much for a mac. $2000 for HP vs $4100 for mac. i love OSX but i just can't justify paying that lol

  • That's cool. The rig is decked out. It's an 8-core Mac Pro, 16gb RAM, 150gb raptor boot drive, 3x500gb drives in RAID0, and dual 24" LCD's. I got the ram and drives off newegg though, so I saved a lot.

I haven't worked with blender in a couple months now. I gotta start playing again haha.

  • HOLY DAMN

  • Nice ^^

  • nice work

  • Bloody brilliant, mate!

  • Cool!
