It's not a dog. Check out the freakin' snout. They brought out a dog that was a rare hairless breed and it looked like the Chupacabra. The only problem was, the dog's snout was TINY compared to the Chupa's. BTW Chupacabra fun fact: The Chupacabra is the offspring of a coyote, wild dog, and some other weird animals.

I saw this on some Yahoo news page. The commentator said that the front legs are shorter than the back ones which isn't consistent with dogs or coyotes. Also, when the camera people freeze the shot where it turns its head quickly, the snout is strangely huge. I pictured the chupacabra looking more like a reptile combined with a kangaroo, but this could still be one because it has longer hind legs like a kangaroo. It's an interesting video.
