No, he's an alcoholic type person. The Police have literally knocked, I answered and they told me he's just discharged himself from hospital before getting his treatment done. So he's now next door sleeping it off.

I discovered him with a nasty cut/gash across his eyebrow and blood all over his face... The Ambulance staff said he's got a suspected fracture skull, and certainly, at least, a broken nose.
