  • It wouldn't suprise me if his head dropped off when he ran to the job centre to sign on.

  • o please, cracking knuckles and joints is just releasing gas and meningeal fluid, if you do it to a point of pain you should stop but its not doing any real harm

  • @xpaco555 Do you know that for sure? My friend who is an Upper Cervical Specific Chiro says this is not good. He is a doc are you?

  • @BudoChild no, I'm not a doctor and neither is your chiropractor friend.

  • @BudoChild Your friend is a Chiropractor not a doctor. Of course he is going to say its bad if you adjust your own back. He would have no business if everyone did it themselves

  • leave this to the professionals, get ADJUSTED, not cracked.

  • BOOOO!!

  • this video sucks donkey balls

  • Cool vid, post more! My favorite part was :10

  • If you are going to adjust yourself (which I will freely admit that I do), do a little research on some technique (maybe go to a chiropractor and pay attention to the movements they are making or do some reading) and study some general anatomy, particularly that of the axial skeleton and the nerve system.

  • @doctortabby you can't adjust yourself

  • He look likes Seananners (Y)

  • cuntroach

  • Whatcha gonna do if it pops off next time?

    I'm not gonna reattach it.

You'll just have to do without that head thing of yours.

  • Moron....

  • What him break is fuckin neck then be Lyin on the fuckin floor as a paraplegic, and Is buddies laughing at im. Dumbfuckkkk

  • I only crack my neck and back when I need to

  • dang

  • have fun being handicapped.

  • You are probably setting your spine up for long time problems. Most who "crack" their own backs are actually getting the joint above and below the problem area to move, giving temporary relief, but never getting to the root cause of the problem. Seek a Doctor of Chiropractic from the start rather then taking matters into your own hands.

  • haha i dont even have to use my hands to crack mine, i can chiropracticly adjust my own kneck =)

  • fuck this ,,i twist my neck like the exorcist ..

  • yeah let me make a sharp jerking movment with my neck .......what a fuckin goof

  • is it really true that you will get arthitis in the future by doing this i didnt believe it at first

  • @IcyCoolX no. But cracking joints weakens them and causes nerve problems. The worst is cracking your neck, theres serious risks associated with that, one of them being stroke.

  • @Viperplayer187 I still don't believe it.

  • playing with the lifeline of the body, the spinal cord, is not smart.

  • i see the cowboys

  • My good friend- you are setting yourself up for some Future Osteoarthritis.

  • A few years ago I dislocated my shoulder and this in turn pulled my neck out of place.... I have been to chiropractor's and physio's but the best relief I get is from cracking my own neck.

For all you anti-neck crackers out there can I just say you have no idea how good it feels and yea it might be bad but by gawd does it feel sweet!!

  • Cracking your own neck=very bad. Builds up scar tissue and continually gives you the feeling that you need to crack your neck when the scar tissue heals therefore making it worse. Also makes the joint hypermobile and makes you more prone to neck injuries. Worth it? I think not.

  • U sure my neck cracks allday with out me even trying to i just look right then left lol maby cus im at a computer all the time at work hmm but i dont ever make or try like these people! so whats ur thoughts on that?

  • Would have to see the extent of how easy it is for you neck to crack. Could be the intrinsic muscles in your neck are weak, but I'd have to see to be sure.

  • I did this for years, trust me, dude, you keep doing it, and you are going to have some major health problems.

  • @BCCButters711 He already does have a problem because what he has is a symptom to a primary cause. He more than likely began having problems the moment he was born shifting the atlas. I cannot pop my neck because my spine is normalized by an upper cervical specific. look for one on upcspine. knee chest technique is good too.

  • @BCCButters711 you're not going to stop me. i will continue to crack my neck whether u like it or not.

  • @BCCButters711 If you don't get from just a quick jerk to either side (That's what she said) then yeah, don't try to force it. But other than that, I think your good.

  • @BCCButters711 pfft, Ive been Cracking my neck for the past 6 years, And to this day if anything, It is more durable!

  • you are doing it wrong. really wrong.

  • lol

what are you some kind of neck cracking god?

    jk

  • yep i am actually. i go to a chiropractor for regular check ups. he doesnt know i crack my own neck at home so when he checks my neck he always comments on how the condition of my neck is almost perfect. and he thinks he is making my neck better, when really im just fixing my neck myself. lawlz.

  • What's really going to be funny is when you tear your vertebral artery. You'll laugh right into a stroke.

  • that provided me w/ plenty lulz

  • your going to look really cool when your pissing into a bag because you paralized yourself.

    -Darwin

  • wow ur over exagerating seriously lol but thats good ur over protective so anyways what do u know about neck cracking ? mines cracks alot and i dont take my head and try hard i just move it side to side i never force like this guy lol

  • Actually its the (occipital atlantoaxial region.)techniques- Atlas orthogonal, light toggle recoil, palmer upper cervical specific, Grostic, HIO, NUCCA, knee cheat (upcspine) practitioners . odont wait for debilitating pain or symptoms Problem can begin with a traumatic birth, head twisting ECT. Duff Method, way of measuring that is good

Keep you appointment, and follow instructions. Begin exercises slowly. do a lot of walking .sleep on back..

no full spine or diversified .

  • lol its lee

  • Don't do this. Popping is a symptom of a primary cause. That means that there is an underlying problem. Upper cervical specific doctors that pay close attention to the sagittal atlantoaxial region. Do x rays and use scientific instrumentation. No subjective muscle testing. Ask the doctor if he does. He-- She will have to tell you honesty if they do, or not.
