Tourists really shouldn't make fun of the royal guards so much.

Let's be honest here.

They have some of the most bad ASS looking uniforms ever.

And they put up with all the shit tourists do to try to distract them, without even cracking most of the time.

The guard is a cute guy. I wonder if he is still in the military. His uniform looks great.

He's a member of the Blues and Royals. The red jacketed guards with breast plates are Life Guards. Both are members of the Household cavalry. In war they drive Scimitar light recon tanks. Prince Harry is in the Blues and Royals.

They aren't guarding the horses. They are 'guarding' (helping bring tourist's money into the UK) the old front entrance to Buckingham Palace.
