I haven't seen the musical but I want to, I've read most of the book and it's awsome!

BTW, there's a new musical out that has been compared to this and it's called 'Face to Face' and it's about Joseph Merrick.

Eponine is a bit too in the first part sweet in my opinion... Valjean and Cosette are also cool!! I am going to do such a project like this and I like this very much... I hope our project becomes cool too!! :)
