  • I also hope to listen Chopin, Listz and Paganini play their pieces.

  • uncredible .... NOT to believe ... all others just shut down ...garbage ...

  • Les bonds, les rebonds, une elasticité de jeu que je n'ai pas souvent entendu. C'est tout simplement grandiose. Quel talent, quel rubato, et puis cette profondeur des notes. Une légende!

  • Brilliant.

  • magnificent, what a delight to hear this piece played by its author...

  • Thank you for posting ! Wonderful

  • I find Horowitz's rendition more pleasing to the ears for normal listening due to more modern recording technology, but it's a joy to hear the composer play his own work!

  • @studiolabs although we always love to hear the composer's own version; however,u always feel a bit disappointed after u hear because there's always something good about not knowing what exactly the composer wanted and therefore getting different interpretations

  • The octave jumps in the first measures are amazing

  • omg he plays hi s own etude thats so cool

  • Scriabin was a sensational pianist, indeed. This recording is transcendental.

  • Thankyou...Amazing work.

  • I'm so glad he recorded only for Welte.

  • @ReturnOfTheStienway Scriabin made 6 rolls for Welte and 14 rolls for Triphonola.

  • @OceansBoulevard Oh thanks. I had no idea man. those triphonala rolls can sounds half as nice as the welte ones though....
