This is to everyone wondering about the whole kissing scenario lol when you use a lip plumper (( OR cinnamon oil in your usual lip gloss)) (I personally have both) The actual tingly numbing sensation Michelle describes only last a few minutes, causing the plumping and then settling gradually over that few minute period.

Generally speaking, if you plan on kissing any significant other lol the lip plumper or oils will not affect them ((or any body parts XP lol)) at all.

i once ate something, and then my lips swelled up (i think it was some spice, i eat that often), but it wasn't a nice feeling, it felt numb and itchy, and it was on my top lip, and i looked like a duck... lol and the next day, my bottom lip swelled up, it still didn't look nice, i already have very full lips, so i don't need them any bigger thank you!

plumpers are different on everyone I think, but I got this gloss and I was pretty dissapointed in it. I know she said that it dosen't work on everyone but on me it didn't plump my lips and the numbingness was uncomfortable.

I think you look better before you applied the lip plumper. I suspect that women with full lips to begin with have more dramatic results from lip plumper than those with thinner lips, simply because with naturally full lips there is more skin surface to respond to the ingredients that cause the reaction.

Take it from me, it looks much cuter on girls with thinner lips. If you already have full lips, you really don't need to plump them up even more, that looks like you've had lipinjections, because the outer lines of the lips get crossed, giving you an "im just done eating" appereance.

First of all, why does EVERY ad for lip plumper before and afters feature a model with HUGE lips?? I think it would be much more effective to show someone with thinner lips so you could actually see some sort of difference.

Cayenne pepper and irritants "ONLY WORK IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO THOSE PRODUCTS" I am not so none of the irritant lip plumpers work for me and yet will for others. When buying a lip plumper before you spend a lot of time and money find out how you react to the irratants. Some lip plumpers work on a cellular level bring water or whatever up into the tissue and you get a plumping effect there are a few plumpers that work this way and may work for you and are longer lasting then the irritant ones.

Of course it works for many people, when you irritate your lips that they swell, and moisturize them too, and on top of that add some shining color than there's no way there's no difference ;P If you'd dab or brush your lips for a while with a toothbrush before applying a lipgloss it will look similar - just the plumper lasts longer since what irritates your lips stays on them for much longer ;P

for me - it only look big when i use it &&. thats it.
