why the hell does the customer have to go about adjusting this thing? Shouldn't Newsouth do some QC check on their products to make sure their device works well?
what i meant was, before NewSouth sends their product to the public, they should have done all these minor QC work. Cause this leaves us customers doing all these crap and they end up voiding warranty work should something break while making the adjustments.
This should be NewSouth's responsibility before they even sell it to us.
But if customer already purchased, then they have no choice but to do this DIY.
