  • who's the author ?

  • You do in fact look like a goddess, very spiritual and bring a positive/enlightened presence.

  • Hi Thanks for this beautiful message. Dignifying yourself by the choices you make it's the most empowering thing you can do and the only way to learn that true love comes from within. I am a Latin American descendant woman and I feel that is really important to send this message out to all women no matter what your color of skin is. Vibrating to love through unity is urgent. It is time we start living up to what we really are and treasure the Goddess in us. Thanks again.

  • you r a rare jewel

  • Very inspiring... I like the emphasis on being rooted in your principals and following through. Such a masculine message coming from a woman and believe me it is respected just non the less.

  • Very inspiring...

  • Thanks!! Your a very wise young lady. All the people, from all walks of life, need to hear this wisdom.......Bless you.

  • Bless u Sister

  • i hate this song but i love what you have to say.

  • love is the key

  • WHATS THE NAME OF THAT SONG FROM TUPAC?

  • @PHEOLA1 White Man's World.

  • @visionimagify thanks!

  • I'm not black but this helped me.

  • you look very beauty--full!

  • you are a true queen of a kingdom that is to come , you are feeding the minds who turst for this wisdom. I thank you . for there will come a time when it will be dark and our rightiousness will be that light for all to see ...

  • Contrary to this idea is the Black man's burden which was to put up with the cruel treatment from the White man. However, seeing how both racial imperialism and slavery are over, neither the White man nor the Black man should be complaining about "burdens". the white man's burden should be to support all the other races of the earth, and so should be the black man's burden. WE ARE PEOPLE WHO GIVES FUCK ABOUT COLOR WE ALL FEEL THE SAME FEELINGS DAMNIT !!!

  • "it aint them thats killin us, its us thats killin us. It aint them thats knockin' us off, its us thats knockin' us off. In this white mans world" let me elaborate..The white mans world or the white mans burden was put on themselves to take care of all the other "inferior" races of the earth. This was often used as an excuse for racism, genocide, slavery, and imperialism.

  • you will make a perfect wife

  • You can't judge your people by what the Media thinks...we have a lot of men and women that are doing great and living with Dignity, Honor, and Self-Respect

BUT being that we ARE black you will NEVER here that being reported in the Media Becuase it's not NEWS to them! It's all about what kind of black people you surround yourself with I dont have any people with Dignity, Honor, and Self-Respect in my cicle!

  • and thats a sad thing

  • What's sad sweetheart? That I dont allow myself to drown in self hatred for my peope or that fact that I surround myself with people who ARE doing what they should as a people? or that fact the Media means nothing to me & are a bunch of white people & oreo blacks that will always find away to down play positivity in the in african american communities?

  • and thats the sad part, not only that, but the fact that u are not surrounded by people who live with dignity, honor, and self respect, it goes to show the state that many of our people are in.

  • Please excuse my typos that is NOT what I was trying to say " I dont have any people withOUT Dignity, Honor, and Self-Respect in my cicle!" BUT i would think after my second reply you would have understood what I meant when I said " I surround myself with people who ARE doing what they should as a people?" but some people ONLY look for the negative in others!

  • Please dont attempt to educate me sweetheart when it come being a women with dignity & respect both r learned & earned. I was'nt saying ur message wasnt good but u can't determine that an entire race dont have these things due to a few bad apples. All races have them there'll never be a perfect race EVER. U must have bad in order 2 know good. Until we r living in the Promise Land this will be! Try 2 reread My statements the way I intended for them 2 b interpreted if not for my typing errors

  • U and I both know that our people are in a dire situation no matter how much u try to ignore it. To disregard an attempt for someone to educate u is pure ignorance and narcissism. U should always be open to what someone is teaching because it gives u an opportunity to grow and evolve. Remember a nation cannot rise any higher than its woman.

  • Comment removed

  • I wasn't trying to look for negative errors in ur comments "sweetheart" I was only responding to ur "typos" I suppose. This is exactly why I have made a point to say the things I've said about a lot of black women, because instead of actually looking at the video for what it is u would rather make the comment that I can determine a entire race is that way when Its obvious that its not our entire race. Being catty is not going to help our people get out of the situation we are in.

  • Beautiful Message sista

  • Are you on facebook?

    if so what's your add

  • I'm in Love

  • You have chosen a conscious path. I salute you. However i have a question: "Why is it so important for the "black man to be back on top again (6:17)?" And when we are on top again like we were in Kemet, then what? The white man is trampled below our feet like they did us? We have a HUMAN plight. Ignorance and oppression affects all human beings. Being attached to the 'supremacy' of any race is a trap that locks us into perpetuating the same oppression we are currently trying to escape.

  • ?????

  • I appreciate your sharing this information with everyone. I think that positive messages really need a place to grow more frequently.

  • Important changes can be made after hearing your opinions.

  • That's what i'm talking about. Dignity, Honor and Self-Respect. :) X

  • Sounds good. Are these your words or someone else's? Sounds like you are living according to maat. I don't know too much about it, but to live righteously is the ideal form of self expression. I'm trying to live that way in a capitalist world. It's very hard. Hotep Godbless and goodl luck!

  • The definition of feminism is the concept that women should have equal rights to men. Period. That's the definition. If you are an anti-feminist you do not believe women should have the same rights as men. Period. How could ANYONE say such a thing? That's just as horrible as stating that one race should have more rights than another!

  • Damn.... Bless your soul.... you really are unplugged from the matrix and free. I wish more women as a whole were like you and wish more black women looked like you (i dont mean skin tone) and embrace there true african heritage. im subscribing immediately

  • Shalom sis.

  • Thank u Sarge.

    Shalom.

  • YOU R LOVE

  • good education...and great that you woke up just looking at ur vid i saw myself that same girl with the golden skin and fake hair having so many people believe it was mine just for the color of my skin then i too woke UP!!!

  • pt2

Heroes are not born through times of peace, but through times of adversity (i.e. confrontation, temptation, resistance). People who are truly honorable fight through tough times with honor, and self-respect. Anybody can be a good person through good times. That's the easy part.

  • It is true that respect, honor, and dignity is missing in America nowadays. However, many people fail to mention that true honor and dignity has to be applied through adversity as well. It's easy to be respectful when things are going good and comfortable. It kills me to see people preach about how "good" they are, but when they are challenged they act a fool and react with their anger solely. That convinces me that they were putting on an act to begin with.

  • You are BEAUTIFUL in every way that counts :) KEEP IT BLESSED

    ~Love & Happiness~

  • thank u so much

  • Every word is so true, I've learn a lil' something.

  • She is soooo cute

i also think i heard some mos def in the background, lol.

    bless.

  • Yes that was some Mos Def :)

  • keep teaching my queen!!

  • Thank you. There are so many people who believe respect comes what people see in you (like money, power, 'spect). If you require others to respect you then you will never truly be respected.

  • ur so pretty, i love this video :)

  • thank u for ur positive energy.

  • had to add this to my site..well said!

  • the only thing I don't appreciate about this video is that I'm just now finding it. this was excellent commentary.

  • Thank u sista :)

  • To have honor has nothing to do with "people hearing your name". To have honor is to keep your promises, maintain honesty, and stay true to your convictions (take very special care to note I just said "convictions" NOT "heart"! Heart is just a double-meaning word to excuse doing whatever you want.)

  • so true each righteous action of love and selfless cause will refine and clean your heart, spiritually one degree at a time. live and love righteousness!!!

  • kisses!!! from a king to a queen

  • but here is the thing...unattractive black women HATE feeling ugly...so they will spread their legs to think they are just as desirable as a pretty black woman....and its sad....

  • That's so very true I used to work with someone who was exactly like that

  • its always the beautiful women that will admit that young black women choose thugs over good men...

the bitter ugly ones will swear up and down any man that thinks black women choose thugs over good men are delusional....even the ones with kids

  • FreedChild23.... u iz a foine x-ample of whut

    You are a treasure!

Intelligent Black Men seek Intelligent Black WOMEN. You have intelligence, beauty and a strong sense of self.

If most BFs could have 2 out of the three traits that you have, all of these problems would simply end.

  • I have subscribed without HESitation. :-)

  • thank u

  • Beautiful words of wisdom, freechild. He spoke on an important topic that is barely discussed in the black community- the dearth of moral CHARACTER within the black community

  • Your stance on black women was it formalised by your perceptive ability or your inability to cooperate with 'those' black women (I'm guessing here) as you mentioned black women hating on lighter skin black females like yourself.

  • My video expands on this subject, it's called, "Mother Fucking Self-Respect"

  • Great job. I just subscribe to u today.

  • 2. I totally agree. If we make a concerted effort to do these things, they'll have a positive impact on the way BW relate to BM and vice versa, which would ultimately build a strong black community that wouldn't become susceptible to negative criticism by the media.

  • 1. Freedchild23, what an awesome message! I loved every bit of it! You made several powerful statements, once the BM and BW get back to setting moral standards for themselves, then they'll be able to be back on top again! It starts from the inside. It starts with building our character up, rebuilding our morals, and having dignity, honor, and self-respect, especially woman.

  • Excellent

  • Thanks for posting this- everyone should live a life of dignity, honor and self-respect and this world would be a better place indeed.

  • A beautiful piece read by a beautiful young lady. Blessings, sis!
