It sounds very classical from the point of composition... People don't realize it, cause they' re looking for violins and classical rhythms... If u replace all the electronic sounds with classical ones, you' ll have it fully classical!!
@thepsychiatrist2 Indeed. As well as mixing the commonly-thought-of-as-bad dance music beat, with actual music.
It's the same reason I like spacesynth so much. That genre really started developing into some near orchestral pieces. Look up Symphony of the Fairies by Electron if you want to hear one of my favorite musical pieces ever.
Well it does not sound really classical, but its still a pretty nice song. Could you send me the .flp file? Maybe i could make a remix or something, ill of course credit you and send you a message if i do :)
@Kadadj Yeah, no problem, that'd be cool... Unfortunately sorry, the flash drive I'd the final flp stored on, crapped out on me - I'll link u 2 the only file left, that I recovered(the midi composition)- but I kinda remember, and so can tell you- I used mostly sytrus to replace the instruments, with some vengeance drum samples thrown in (that crash cymbal on one of the chord changes is key) - that's all to make the mp3 version you hear here on youtube
I like this. Yes the chord progression and unique synth sound did make it sound classical :) I'm glad to know that some people compose unique music like this. thumbs up for you man.

This would be a great intro to a song like at :43 have it go into a pounding beat with a huge bass.
