Its not patch, In order for Infinity Ward to patch elevators, they'd need to remove all of the graphic designs and start all over again. Theyd also have to remove all of the roofs on houses

The detail is less (graphics) but the techniqual work is ALOT more sophisticated ... Infinity Ward also hasn't patched glitches on Cod4 as they don't want to focus on that game anymore
