hmm the chords are different than my keyboards installed song.. i think ill just take the middle note.. since thats how it plays it.. thx for the video, now im off to be on the finale once again for my piano class in school :)

Thanks a lot a great help for me not a good player. I just got my mother's piano since she passed. She used to play this wonderful piece when I was young and I shall loearn it and play it in her lovin memory now. Thanks again . Hope to post a video response before six months

@RobH1993 okay, imo if you want to play these sorta pieces, you gotta LEARN how to read music. I'm just using this as a guide, not a FULL tutorial on how to play the song. I know many people want to learn these pieces, but I think that you should learn easier pieces FIRST and learn how to read music, like alot of other people have.

Yes, I understand that now. And would like to thank you and others who have responded to my questions about piano on other videos. I can now actually play most of this song! What I think is crazier is the fact that I have never had a music teacher and am completely self taught, yet I am now playing Chopin. It's awesome when you can wow all your friends!

I'm a noob so bear with me, but it seems to me that the sheets I have seen for this piece are written incorrectly or it seems as it is missing flat symbols in various places. For example, the first note E, in the first measure of the bass staff should have a flat symbol beside it or at least I would think it would since E flat is what is actually played. Am I supposed to just assume that there is a flat symbol there? I noticed this about other sheet music and this has me all confused.

The flat symbols are located in the key signature. All E's in this nocturne are assumed flats unless they have a natural symbol next to it. The same goes for A and B

nope the music is correct. if you look at the piece by the treble or bass clef, it has these flats or sharps. that tells you the key signature. you can assume that EVERY B, E, A are going to be flat unless there is a natural sign. If you don't know that then you might want to start with beginner books.
