There were three candidates which were not eligible-Obama, McCain and Roger Calero, who was a green card holder. The Constitution requires a "Natural born citizen" for the office of President-not just any citizen. This is not about his race.
A "Natural born citizen", is someone who was not only born here, but BOTH of his parents were US citizens, so by both soil and blood, is subject only to the jurisdiction of the US, and no foreign nation can claim him as their own. Obama has admitted that he was a legally a British Subject when he was born-because his father was not a US citizen. He, to this day, refuses to release any of his birth, school or medical records. He just might be an illegal alien.

Yes, the last I heard the bill was stalled. Many states are also trying to pass laws to require proof of eligiblity before they allow you on the ballot, This could have been resolved when the joint session of Congress met to count the Electorial votes, but not one person had the brass to raise a question. The Electors in each state also never bothered to check his eligiblity before they cast there votes.
More than likley what Obama is hiding is his father not being listed on the original and that his mother amended it to add his father which is cool and perfectly legal to do.
What most people don't understand is that the State of Hawaii routinely issues Certification of Live Birth, just like the one Obama has posted, to foreign born children. When the birth is registered with the State, a notice is posted in the newspapers. So there is no way of telling where Obama was born from this document. If his father was not listed, there is no way to tell if he was a natural born citizen. That is why the original form is needed.

"If you were born in Bali, for example, Okubo explained, you could get a certificate from the state of Hawaii saying you were born in Bali. You could not get a certificate saying you were born in Honolulu. The state has to verify a fact like that for it to appear on the certificate."
Again, this is why we need the original document. No one in authority has ever examined Obama's document and said it is genuine. We have only seen a computer generated image. Also, in 1961, a birth could have been registered through the mail, without presenting any proof that a birth had actually occured. The form does not list his parents place of birth either, which means his citizenship status cannot be determined from this documernt-It is not a Birth Certificate.
Much of the confusion over this issue, is that our immigration laws have changed over the years. In 1790, the child born in the US to a foreign father, would have never have been considered a US citizen. That is certainly not true today, but, the Constitutional requirement that the President be a "natural born citizen" has never changed. Obama has admitted that his citizenship status was subject to British law-that would not be the case if he were a natural born citizen.

Mine is identical. It has been legally sufficient for any situation that required me to show a valid birth certificate. Its never been rejected nor have I ever been told I needed any supplemental info.
At the bottom of the colb is a statement that reads:
"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-13(b), 338-19]"
Yes, but there is a difference. You have actually presented your's to another person. Obama has only posted an image on the internet, and he has never presented his to anyone in authority. You have never had to prove that you are a natural born citizen either. Next time you need to present it, just say that it is posted on the internet, and see how far you get.
All we have seen is an image-nothing more. Obama has never presented the actual document to anyone in authority. If it is the prima facie evidence you claim it is, why will he not just present it in Court, allow us to see the original and be done with it?

She added that the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state's current certification of live birth "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements......"
In June, 2008, after viewing the Certification of Live Birth, provided on Obama's Fight the Smears website, Janice Okubo, of the Hawaii Health Department stated, "I don't know that it's possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents." The article you quoted was talking about Hawaii's certifications in general-No one in the Hawaiian government ever certifided the image that Obama posted as genuine.
My guess is that Hawaii privacy laws would prevent her from saying anything.
The reason I quoted the article was to show that despite all the dis-info going around the internet, that the COLB is in fact a valid birth certificate.
No, it is only a computer generated image. Factcheck claimed that it was real and that they handled it, and they even posted pictures of it, but, in some of the photos they posted, there was still no seal. To be the President of the USA, the Constitution of the USA indicates that he must be "a natural born citizen". To be a natural born citizen, he MUST meet 2 conditions:
1) he must be born in the USA.
2) he must be born of two American parents.

It does not supply the name of the hospital, the doctor, or the name of any witness to his birth. His legal fees are listed on his FEC filings. This year, the Department of Justice is now defending him at the tax payer's expense. Do you really think his lawyers work for free?

The courts have rebuffed challenges on the grounds that only McCain and Hillary supposedly had standing to ask for the birth certificate (and not voters generally). McCain and Hillary were apparently instructed by their NWO masters (including at the summer 2008 Bilderberger meeting) not to attack BO on that basis.

@MaDmOnkyKungFu, On July 2, the 3rd Circuit Court, threw out another case against Obama, and gave the attorney 14 days to show why the Court should not find him liable for damages and costs suffered by the defendants in having to defend what the court claims to be a “frivolous” case. His defense boiled down to asking if Obama was able to produce a valid Birth Certificate. The Court's response was to immediately drop the "Order to Show Cause", rather than to order the Certificate be produced.

Obama has only presented computer imagines of a "Certification of Live Birth", and he has never presented the actual document to anyone with the authority to determine if it is authentic. No, America used to run the elections on the honor system. As usual it only takes one to take advantage of a loop hole, so now many states are working on passing laws, to require the candidates to prove they are eligible, before being allowed on the ballet. There were three candidates which were not eligible-Obama, McCain and Roger Calero, who was a green card holder. The Constitution requires a "Natural born citizen" for the office of President-not just any citizen. This is not about his race.

A "Natural born citizen", is someone who was not only born here, but BOTH of his parents were US citizens, so by both soil and blood, is subject only to the jurisdiction of the US, and no foreign nation can claim him as their own. Just Google McCain eligiblity-you will get over 1 million articles. The Senate finally passed S. Res 511 stating that McCain is eligible because both his parents were US citizens, yet, they refuse to apply this requirement to Obama-Why?

Yes, the last I heard the bill was stalled. Many states are also trying to pass laws to require proof of eligiblity before they allow you on the ballot, This could have been resolved when the joint session of Congress met to count the Electorial votes, but not one person had the brass to raise a question. The Electors in each state also never bothered to check his eligiblity before they cast there votes.

What most people don't understand is that the State of Hawaii routinely issues Certification of Live Birth, just like the one Obama has posted, to foreign born children. When the birth is registered with the State, a notice is posted in the newspapers. So there is no way of telling where Obama was born from this document. If his father was not listed, there is no way to tell if he was a natural born citizen. That is why the original form is needed.

Again, this is why we need the original document. No one in authority has ever examined Obama's document and said it is genuine. We have only seen a computer generated image. Also, in 1961, a birth could have been registered through the mail, without presenting any proof that a birth had actually occured. The form does not list his parents place of birth either, which means his citizenship status cannot be determined from this documernt-It is not a Birth Certificate.

Much of the confusion over this issue, is that our immigration laws have changed over the years. In 1790, the child born in the US to a foreign father, would have never have been considered a US citizen. That is certainly not true today, but, the Constitutional requirement that the President be a "natural born citizen" has never changed. Obama has admitted that his citizenship status was subject to British law-that would not be the case if he were a natural born citizen.

Mine is identical. It has been legally sufficient for any situation that required me to show a valid birth certificate. Its never been rejected nor have I ever been told I needed any supplemental info.
At the bottom of the colb is a statement that reads:
"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-13(b), 338-19]"

No, it is only a computer generated image. Factcheck claimed that it was real and that they handled it, and they even posted pictures of it, but, in some of the photos they posted, there was still no seal. Other pictures were missing some smudges, that had appeared on every image that was ever posted by the Daily Kos and FighttheSmears. I did a video about that too. You can't autheticate a document, by looking at a photograph of it. Obama refuses to present it to anyone.
