I think they have either created or are in the process of passing a law on Cyber Bullying. If they do (and i hope they do) I hope that that law does not get abused - as in misconstueing "constructive critique" as cyber bullying. Seems like well meaning laws meant to protect people eventually turn into witch hunts on anything somebody doesnt like. Things that are clearly cruel, demeaning and debasing - thats cyber bullying and needs to be stopped. These trolls get a thrill out of what they do.
