@v3hmsc i learned on a gto / gto-zp, Heidelberg MOZP, Ryobi 522HE and Speedmaster 52-2. Heidelberg is so many better then these Japanese Printmachines. I was 4 years on every of these machines.

Anyone have an idea where I can do training in Europe on these machines. I will be working on one of these machines soon, and would like to get proper training on the GTO 52?
Don't feel bad mate,nothing here in the U.S. either,seems we've all been replaced by digital printing,I've run Mehiele,Heidelberg,Hashimoto, Komori,Harris,not to mention the smaller presses,Multilith,ABDick,Chief,Davidson,Ryobi,GTO's, and all those years of printing have gone to waste,it's a no go market for pressmen anymore,what a nightmare.
A Tiegel is a Platen Press - somebody told me a long time ago that to make the transition for the Platen Printers to Offset easier - they called GTO - Large Platen Offset.

I am running a 4-color GTO. So many places to grease. Wish I had a speedmaster with auto ink setting.

Had been running a GTO for 15 years, but the printing company went bust! Now I can't find a printing job anymore in England.
All that experience gone to waste! Wish I never went into printing.
