Even if I'm not 100% sure that Michael is really resting at Forest Lawn (maybe he is somewhere else), I love the fans being there for him. I went to F.L once during a trip to L.A and I couldn't really feel the presence of Michael. maybe because of the closed gates.

By the way, it's a holy place to commemorate a great human being. And... maybe I'm wrong, maybe Michael is really there, at Forest Lawn.

We, the fans, can't know everything, that's one more mystery about Michael death.

@apolline8 Hello apolline8!  It's the real place. Next time you come, come on the 3rd of any month at 2 PM. That's when the fan club I belong to meets. The gates are open when we meet. Many people of the same heart are there. You will not regret it.

I am watching this with tears ..The first Christmas without MJ...I love MJ so much I am so thankful for what MJ taught us and inspire us..I went to orphanage and sent Michael's love to the children during last yrs Christmas this is my way to remember MJ.... I am so envy of your guys who live in US there is so close to MJ....And so close to Forest Lawn I am sure I will go there to pay my respect on one day ...Hope to see Michael in heaven....

(continued) forest lawn was being nice and allowing fans to visit but the fans abused the privilege and now that privilege is being taken away, also don't people think MJ's family would like to visit on June 25th ? They surely are not going to be able to with the mad MJ fan circus

New rules keep us from standing in the area which leads into the mausoleum. We can still place gifts, flowers and cards around the doors.

Although we weren't allowed to get as close as we use to it is still so nice to be there and to be near Michael.

The Jackson family knows that MJ fans will come from everywhere on June 25.

My Dear Diamond, your feelings are yours exclusively.  Everybody will handle their own grief appropriately for themself.

They are at Holly Terrace, which is just outside where Michael's crypt is. All that divides MJFSC from Michael are double doors and a long hallway

Yes we are. We are at Forest Lawn, Glendale at the Holly Terrace where MJ is laid to rest. Anyone can visit him there.

@jvon2000 ..not for long, forest lawn is getting sick of the fans and so are relatives of other ppl buried there. They have banned MJ fans from coming to the cemetery on June 25th..In my opinion fans have no business being there, they are not friends or family . What about those who plan on visiting there loved ones on June 25th? There not going to be able to because the circus of Mj fans and that is not right and that is part of the reason why forest lawn is cracking down on fans visiting

Okay, in some way, this is great. But I think it's taking it a little too far.

I love Michael Jackson very much, but his life should be celebrated. Yes, it is extremely sad that he's gone, but there is no need for everybody to be in constant mourning. There is no need for constant tears.

At least you only did this at Christmas time, I guess. I've heard of people who go to Forest Lawn every week or month. An obsession.

And you will only 'see him in Heaven' if you believe in Jesus Christ.

It's not up to you to say when they should stop or if it's an obsession. If you are a true Christian you should know this, elsewise take the beam out of your eye.
